The food and staff make it worth going, but the inside needs some sprucing up. And the soda machine is out today. It's clean, no complaints there. The inside could use a little refresher of paint not only the walls but the booths, too. Smells a little like dirty water, too. But, I still come because the BBQ chicken sandwich is to die for, and they always hire very nice and helpful staff (at least these two guys here at 2:00pm) who also keep the place clean.
Was an awesome experience with my friends earing there today. The crew service was on top of everything and the Manager Nick was really polite, kind and knew what he was doing. Huge change from the last time we ate there a few years ago.
On my way home, could have chosen any pizza but I recall having a pizza from another pizza factory years ago. I was a little surprised about the cost. I ordered an extra large. But once I arrived I was greeted with friendly person at the cash register who checked on my pizza right away. He was even ending his shift and I felt the customer service was above most. I received my pizza and was not disappointed with the customer service of the next person who gave me my pizza and...
