Ordered online and it had said 15 minutes it was ready for pickup. Went to go pick up and they hadn't even made the pizzas yet!! Long line of angry customers as well people got the wrong orders, cold pizzas, and burnt pizzas!!! What the hell.!!!! They couldn’t even tell me how long it would take…! How do you not know that! Hire new people! We all wanted refunds about 10 ppl. very disappointing only in Porterville of coarse…..!!

I just got the 5 topping for "special $16.99" . I got pepperoni, pineapple, bacon, extra bacon, and extra cheese five toppings, but apparently extra cheese doesn't count, and you will be charged extra for it

One of my guilty pleasures.I do wish they had the salad bar up.A lot of the coin machines don't work however I've had a good experience both times I went.The pizza is just so good.A major plus is the restroom is always pretty clean.

That wad the worse experience ever gave my pizza to someone else then after the returned it they gave it to me while I stood there an watched the whole thing will not be going there ever again.

I downloaded the app, ordered curb side pickup got to the restaurant on time called the # was put on hold two new customers came in ordered as I sat in my car still waiting. I recently had surgery and didn't want to get out of my car. After 10 min (according to my call log) I put on my mask and went in asked for "my curb side pizza" and stormed out.
