I got there and there was only one employee working. It took her at least 5 minutes to come to the front to take my order because she was busy in the back making pizzas. She didn't get my order right, and the soda I ordered was flat because I watched her pour it from an almost empty 2 liter bottle. I after about 15 minutes, I asked if she had started on my.pizzas and she said no. I told her I was leaving and wanted my money back. She had to use her personal cell phone to call her manager because she didn't know how to issue a refund. The managers I talked to were rude and argued with me about the time I had waited. Since when does it matter how long I wait, if I ask for a refund I should get it! I will never be going back. I told the managers they need to have more than one employee working because she shouldn't have to make all the pizzas AND take the orders. She was really stressed out and I felt really bad for her. If it were me, I would quit that poorly managed business!

Poor Richard’s Pizza is the BEST for several reasons. As a Diabetic, I love pizza, but I don’t eat it as often as I’d like. Pizza usually makes my blood sugar go really high for hours on end. However, Poor Richard’s pizza uses CLEAN and QUALITY ingredients! Not to mention, I love the thin crust, you can actually taste the wholesome ingredients of the pizza and not feel like you’re consuming bread with toppings. I also love that the pizza is NOT oily, often times I have to pat down my food with a napkin just to remove all the excess oils sitting on top. Not with this pizza ?! I’m happy to say, I’ve found a pizza that doesn’t make my blood sugar go high and out of control, plus tastes amazing! I highly recommend!! ?
