The consommé was good. However I thought my wife had stopped at Jack in the box due to their being hardly any meat in the tacos.

I like this place but every time I order I ask for specific things and it never gets added to my order I feel like communication is really bad at the store! It should be resolved! So that’s why I’m rating what it is and it’s not like it happened only 1 time feels like it’s every time I order! Poor service on the cooks side! I give so many chances to redeem themselves but it fails every time! Very disappointing!

Super unpleasant visit to my family’s favorite taco place in town. This is not the first time they mess up our order but that has never been the issue because they have always made it right. But today however was a whole different experience. I got home was missing a part of my order so I went back no biggie. But when I got there I went through the drive through since it wasn’t busy. I waited for a few minutes to get at least acknowledge by an employee who was on their cell phone (Fabian I got his name when I went inside) anyway he looks toward the drive thru window and decides to turn around and ignore that there is a vehicle there. I decide to park and go inside since I was being ignored. When I go inside I’m greeted by a cashier and I explain to her that there was two items missing in my order, she goes and talks to the cook, comes back and says their is nothing she can do because he says he put them in my bag. So I ask to speak to the cashier that charged me and for whatever reason they decide to “remake” the missing items. This is unacceptable, I don’t expect to get anything for free but I do expect to get what I pay for and not be treated like I’m trying to pull a fast one.

No one else in town compares to their birria ramen 😍 or even if you wanna keep it simple...the bean and cheese burrito is a great choice as well

The menudo took me to my childhood. It reminded me of my grandma's menudo. Best menudo I've tasted from a restaurant and the birria pizza 🫶🫶🫶

Best quesabirria with consume I have ever tried in Tulare County. Their bacon wrapped hot dogs are so good, I really liked the bread they used as well. Didn't care for their aguas frescas, unfortunately. Their champurrado in the cold season is the best! Too bad they are only located in Porterville, they should open one in Visalia or Tulare.

Food is decent, however my dissatisfaction is with the service I received. I placed a phone order, and showed up 10 minutes after the time the person let me know the order would be ready for pick up, giving them grace considering it was over the weekend and understand they are busier than usual. After paying I waited a little over 30 minutes. As I waited I saw others come after me pay receive their meal and left. I decided to follow up, to see if they’d forgotten to start my order, and sure enough they did.

Placed a call in order, showed up and the order was wrong. I took that food anyways, was given the incorrect change back and the girl wanted to argue because she input it wrong on the register. Won’t be coming back again
