Food was amazing and the cook was great. The waiter Mercedes was horrible. This was the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t think I would come back. This Mercedes girl was with a bad attitude. She shouldn’t be a waiter if she doesn’t like to work as a waiter. This is not the job for her. All the other waiters and cook were amazing but that Mercedes girl was horrible.

The cook was amazing and food was great. The waiter was horrible her name is Mercedes. She had horrible customer service and attitude. She even talked bad about us with other customers. The owner should really check on this waiter Mercedes. I see other reviews stating the same. And I would like to the owner reach back to me because this Service from the waitress. It was super bad and then make it your restaurant super bad in front of everybody.

The restaurant was super clean, food was great, and Kelly is a sweetheart. What more can you ask for? I had the chicken fried steak and eggs. Food was fresh. I recommend this place for sure.

At first I was a little skeptical because there were no people inside and I was unsure whether I should have breakfast there or not, but in the end it was a good decision to eat here. The food is pretty good and the young waitress is very friendly and attentive. The toilet rooms were also clean. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and can recommend it to everyone, even if there are no guests inside.
Parking: Simply park in the parking lot in front of the restaurant. But be careful not to accidentally drive over the concrete threshold on the asphalt.

I used to love taking my family here. Lately, the service has really changed. Took so long to get our food, while others with bigger parties came in and ate before our food even reached our table. Seemed like we weren’t too much of a priority for them.

Great small town, friendly, and welcoming breakfast spot. Biscuits and gravy are homemade but a bit dry. The gravy offsets the dryness. What makes this place shine is the hospitality and service. It's present and prompt but not over bearing.

cant believe ive lived in Porterville my whole life and never ate here till this year. we had a women's meeting in the back room and the young waitress did amazing !got the chicken wrap and was big and yummy! i told my husband who had never been there that i wanted to go again for breakfast . we went last weekend . and WOW! the French toast platter was delish! his food was great too ! his biscuit and gravy was huge ! great prices , great food ,clean bathrooms, clean dinning room friendly accommodating staff..our new favorite spot !
