The bread is cold take to long for my order and when I receive missing my ice cream the chicken sandwich is not good and the fries is soggy and looks like the restaurant never changed the oil taste nasty

A consistent staple in the community. Seasoned fries, burger, and a drink. I always enjoyed visiting this restaurant.
9/22/25 at 8 am went order 2 burgers and fries. Waited at the window for 5 minutes before I was then parked for an additional 15 minutes. No way it takes that long at fast food place for that small an order. Was 10 minutes late getting back to work thanks yall. Got a refund and honestly the quality of the food ain’t worth the trouble

Went in today we finished our sodas, asked for refills. They refuse says they haven’t done refills in two years. But it says they do refills so who’s lying. Yes, Rallies does offer drink refills. A Nation's Restaurant News article mentions that they will refill customer drinks, but they will provide a new cup instead of reusing the original one

I haven't ate all day and so I got hamburger and fries from this place and within a few hours, I'm sick with food poisoning!( U all know what food poisoning does) I still have half of my hamburger which I stopped eating because it tasted bad and the fries are also very mushy. I feel really sick. I might have to go to the ER my stomach hurts so much! I know it was rallys because like I said I have eaten anything all day. (I got hamburgers around 6-7 Im just now feeling a tiny bit better, that's y I'm writing this review)
