The customer service was great, the issue I had at this place was the music was very loud. It was distracting and disruptive. Definitely not a place to go to study, to meet with anyone, to conversation, or get any work done online.

I got three what was supposed to be caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and instead they gave me three caramel ribbon crunch creams and it had mostly freaking whipped cream in them like a top and bottom like it was ridiculous. There was over half the cup filled with whipped cream and I know that I didn't pay that much money for whipped cream and I didn't ask for extra whipped cream. And all the drinks were exactly the same. I wish it had been a really easy simple order and yet they skimped me out on my coffee. Won't be going there again
Starbucks? More like SLOWbucks. 30 minutes in the drive thru. Guy hands me one drink and still have to wait 10 extra minutes for one drink. Unforgivable. This place is a joke. Id rather keep driving across town to avoid this Starbucks. One car in front of me and still had to wait to order… ridiculous. Wish I could leave no stars.
