I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks since 1999. I absolutely adore the ambiance here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I thoroughly enjoy my morning routine. The best part? They consistently provide exceptional customer service and the best coffee in town. The new store manager, Jason, is an excellent leader who has truly elevated the customer service experience. Thank you all for making my Starbucks visits so enjoyable.

It is my first impressions that always count. I really like this location more than others. It doesn't cost anything be nice to people and that was how it started when I walked in and it continued when I walked out the door. To me, that is the deal breaker and is more important than the product. I have been there twice before I made this assessment. The second day was just like the first. The staff there is just fantastic. Compared to other locations, I can clearly notice the difference on how I am treated. Last, the coffer offering is even better then other locations. Most places I have been to offer only pike after a certain time. Coffee always comes from a prebrew airpot and they almost never offer a pour over. This place uses different equipment. They ask you which coffee you wish to have and they brew it fresh. Just fantastic! I did not buy food so there is no rating. I will be leaving this area tomorrow and will definitely order another cup to go. Too bad they are not my local Starbuck. It may be awhile before I am in the area again but when I do, I'll be back.
The one star is only on the business owners and managers, they had a great set of employees they slowly keep getting rid of the good ones. I don't personally know any of them but the handful I do see daily were a great team. You guys loosing Adam was a huge hit I loved my mornings I got to chat with him.

My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks location in Portersville today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and professional - they greeted us with genuine smiles and were happy to help with our orders.
The service was impressively quick, even though they were clearly busy. The entire place was impeccable - clean tables, spotless counters, and well-organized throughout.
My husband decided to customize his frappuccino, and the baristas were more than accommodating with his requests. He absolutely loved how it turned out - you could tell they put care into making it exactly how he wanted. I kept it simple with a tall skinny vanilla latte, which was perfectly prepared with just the right balance of espresso and steamed milk.
This location really stands out for their attention to detail and customer service. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again. Highly recommend!
