The one star is only on the business owners and managers, they had a great set of employees they slowly keep getting rid of the good ones. I don't personally know any of them but the handful I do see daily were a great team. You guys loosing Adam was a huge hit I loved my mornings I got to chat with him.

My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks location in Portersville today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and professional - they greeted us with genuine smiles and were happy to help with our orders.
The service was impressively quick, even though they were clearly busy. The entire place was impeccable - clean tables, spotless counters, and well-organized throughout.
My husband decided to customize his frappuccino, and the baristas were more than accommodating with his requests. He absolutely loved how it turned out - you could tell they put care into making it exactly how he wanted. I kept it simple with a tall skinny vanilla latte, which was perfectly prepared with just the right balance of espresso and steamed milk.
This location really stands out for their attention to detail and customer service. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again. Highly recommend!

I got three what was supposed to be caramel ribbon crunch frappuccinos and instead they gave me three caramel ribbon crunch creams and it had mostly freaking whipped cream in them like a top and bottom like it was ridiculous. There was over half the cup filled with whipped cream and I know that I didn't pay that much money for whipped cream and I didn't ask for extra whipped cream. And all the drinks were exactly the same. I wish it had been a really easy simple order and yet they skimped me out on my coffee. Won't be going there again
