I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else I have years of drive-thru experience, so I understand professionalism, workflow, and customer service. What I experienced here fell far short. Ashley H. turned a simple drive-thru interaction into a completely inappropriate and uncomfortable experience. She made unsolicited comments and dragged out the transaction even though our order was clearly ready. Her behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and disrespectful not just to me, but to the establishment. No one should have to deal with harassment or awkward, prolonged interactions at a drive-thru window. This incident speaks volumes about the lack of boundaries and awareness on display, and it was deeply disappointing to experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t greet properly, showed no interest in helping, and their attitude made the whole visit uncomfortable. The service quality here is far below Starbucks standards. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management seriously improves the staff’s behavior.

This evening, 10/26/25, I went to this Starbucks for the second time (I live out of town) and my experience was the same as the first time. The employees were very pleasant and quick. I wish I had asked for names so that I could mention each one. There were two young women and one young man working. I was helped by the young ladies. I ordered food and hot tea, so I can't say anything about the coffee drinks. :) I agree that this location has a very difficult parking lot, but the inside atmosphere was pleasant and so were the employees.

I ordered a spinach and feta wrap and it says spinach and feta wrap on the label but when I opened it, it was not a spinach and feta wrap. It was like an egg and sausage burrito.

I have been coming to this starbucks for years every single day. I have gotten to know a few of the employees you guys have a great team tho you guys have lost some of the best. The one that brought me here was Adam he made my day, I am so sad to hear you guys have let him go. He had such a fun big personality you guys really messed up loosing him.

Sarah refused to accommodate a trenta cup of ice when the store didn't have ice coffee. She claimed that we could have cold brew in a trenta cup but not an americana. She had a very bad attitude which is unfortunately not uncommon for this location. She said that the manager told her this ridiculous policy and when we asked to speak with the manager they weren't even present at the store.
