If I could rate this Starbucks a 0 I would. We came to drive thru and ordered a simple drink, a Carmel frap. After we payed and got it it was super light and looked like frozen milk. We told them it had no flavor of coffee and just tasted like milk. They remade it and it looked and tasted the same. I don’t recommend going to this Starbucks. I was very disappointed.

FOREVER disappointing. Used wrong milk, and always taste terrible. Jaime is nice but whoever made the coffee made it wrong as usual. So disappointing. Watered down, not all of the ingredients were used. That’s why I always go to the one by Lowe’s. This one sucks

For the 3rd time now (yes 3rd!) I have been ripped off by this starbucks. If you order online, and there is a problem, there is no way to get a refund. Yesterday I ordered at 7:15 so that I could get breakfast and coffee before work. I received a text 5 minutes later saying my order was ready. When I went at 7:15, my coffee was there, but no egg bites. I was there waiting for them until 7:45. I finally had to leave for work, and they would not give me a refund. This is the 3rd time this month. I will not go back to Starbucks again. Basically, they have stolen my money times. There are other coffee places that have good service and great coffee. My business will go to them instead.

Stopped by to grab food and there were only two people working. None of them greet us. I asked to use the restroon and the lady said she couldn't give me the code and she had to open the for me but she couldnt do that because she was taking an order... that she could finish taking the order or open the door for me. Why not have a code or a key when you are so busy to open the door as needed? Well... after waiting, she started taking another order and forgot to open the door for me.They need more people. Restrooms were nasty by the way.

Have you ever noticed any coffee shop or similar places but the employees are always nice friendly energetic and helpfull thats my opinion at least never had not 1 bad experience at any of the shops I been too oh and the new dragonfruit mango freeze and the strawberry lemonade freeze so bomb especially in this Cali heat stay cool stay hydrated

I'm giving 1 star for the customer service. I just left this location. There was no one inside. Milca was at the register and kept telling us just a minute for about 5 mins or more while she talked on her headset to the other employee at the drive up window. When I started to become in patient she finally took the order for 2 iced teas. Once the order was done I walked up to the counter to pick up the drinks. No one asked if I needed straws, so I looked around for straws while I was ignored. I asked if there were straws the girl with the pink hair said we only have straws for small drinks. I said that will work. She got 2 straws and tossed them on the counter! My brother went back in to use the restroom again no one inside he asked for the door code and was told I'll be with you in a minute. I am a regular Starbucks customer and have never ever had an experience like this one. So rediculous!!
