Truly one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Sometimes I’m in class all day and they make me feel so welcomed. They offer to bring me waters and always welcome me in. Truly feels like you’re speaking to friends here all around. Such a good environment. Definitely recommend this Starbucks in Porterville every time.

I stop by Starbucks every day, and the first person to greet meis always patricia Landeros. She never fails to smile and say, Good morning Louie!- she even knows me by name. Patricias positive attitude and warm personality make every visit enjoyable. what stands out the most is how every customer leaves with a smile after she greets them. that's the best customer service i've seen in years.

This Starbucks location is the worst Starbucks ever in town. The one on Henderson . The workers in the drive thru are rude. Utensils and napkins are never given and you have to ask for it. When I asked for it, they get irritated and eyes rolled like it bothered them for getting it. I say, if you don’t like your job, get a different profession. You need to treat your customers like how you want someone to treat you. This location needs customer service help ASAP

Ordered through the drive though for easy access and convenience, but turns out associate forgot one of our drinks, to which we understood and kindly asked to place the order since the drink was missing. Associate refused to take the order and sent us inside. We kindly asked again since this was an error on her end and again she refused to make the drink and simply sent us inside. Terrible service.
