Never went here. Confused

Drive-through line takes over 20 minutes, no matter the day. The food is either never cooked all the way through, falling apart inside the bag, or it takes a significant amount of time after the drink is done. Drinks are incorrect if any specialty is asked.

Very rude people here first everyone ignores me when I come in so I'm standing at the counter for 5 mins then this dude with attitude says we can help you whenever you are ready then when I ordered he never asked for my name never smiled he looked mad to take my order

There was a bunch of different drinks on the counter so I asked if mine was there they asked for my name I told them the guy never took my name so with more attitude and no eye contact what so ever from anyone they find it and while not looking at me looking at his co worker he says well it will be out soon. Then when it came up this girl slid my drinks across the counter almost spilling it says here then walks away before I can even get to the counter. I don't know what their problem is or they are just judging me by the way I look but such awful service do yourself a favor and never come here

Not to sure what was going on the morning i went but did not like when i went in and ordered my drink to wait for nothing when my drink was already out. They did not announce my name or said anything or if they did must have said it under their breath. For reference it was me and a couple other people there but was paying attention to them to see when they would call my name up. They should at least put a screen up to say the names of whos order is ready if they dont want to acknowledge me there.

So I stopped by this Starbucks while on a roadtrip. I noticed the charge was a lot $9~ for a grande iced coffee (double the price of one and I suddenly realized that the cashier's hand reached around to the card reader and hit the tip button for me. When I hit cancel, she tried to do it again and I stopped her. I told her no, that i hit the tip button myself. All the while she was non chalantly making small talk with me. It felt like she was trying to distract me, hoping I wouldn't notice. Fortunately my husband and I figured out what she was doing. It made me wonder whether she does this often. I've never experienced this before. Be careful you don’t get scammed into a tip!

They didn’t care about customers you order early. It was all just spread out right there in the counter was not happy and it’s not cleared size on what size of drinks are anymore Dutch Bros is so far superior to Starbucks now will hardly ever go to Starbucks now, specially that they had no customer service and didn’t want to help me very well.

I always order a hot chai latte and it's always good and tastie. If I need more pumps of chai I just ask and they do it for me. I recently order a grilled cheese and img it was sooooo good. It was actually very hot and stayed that way until I finished it and that seldom happens anywhere. I recommend this Starbucks 100%. The service is friendly, so friendly as well. The place has a nice feel to it.

I always come here and never have an issue I use drive thru everyone is nice . They only ever mest up my order like twice but today I was a little upset because I made it very clear on my order I want strawberry puree around the cup not blended. I was in a rush and couldn't tell them to please fix it so I just left. The lady taking my order asked me "around the cup or blended " I told her around the cup not blended and they blended it either way .
