Very disappointed with this visit. We waited 35 minutes for our drinks after ordering inside, with no warning about the wait. Meanwhile, the drive-thru was moving the whole time. Both drinks (a tall soy latte and a tall mocha) tasted like there was no espresso at all, just flavored milk. I was counting on coffee before a long drive home, so this was really frustrating. Not worth the time or money.

Got a hot coca and i had a 5 minute drive home and i open my cup and it’s only half way full? I paid $8 for two of them and one was full but mine was empty?? That’s unacceptable

went in to have a coffee after a long day and the lady that helped me was the rudest person ever . her name was amanda , i've never had the most poorest customer service there until now . defenitely not what i expected , and i won't be back to that starbucks because of the way she talked to me , gave dirty looks , and was not friendly. usually when i go the employees greet me , and are so friendly . she was not . she looked as if it was a chore to help me and do her job . defenitely lost a customer because of her👍🏼

Placed a mobile order for a tall vanilla bean frappe with caramel drizzle that I paid for and they didn’t give it to me. Luckily we caught it before we left and they did give add it upon asking. However, I also ordered a CHOCOLATE BROWNIE and they gave me a CROISSANT!!! Like? How did they get it that wrong. If they were out of the brownie that’s fine but at least tell me and let me pick out what I would like. Didn’t see until I got home. Was already having a bad day. Not the first time I’ve had problems at this location and the staff is nice (most of the time) so that’s why I keep going back but how do you get it wrong like that? Thanks Starbucks

Worst place ever took forever to get our drink cleared out a whole drive-through before they could even get our drink. Waited 15 minutes for a drink Chuka, and Pepe were working the shift being absolutely disrespectful and rude as hell. Do not recommend that location at all.

Absolutely pathetic experience. Ordered a capachino and took them 20 mins to make it. Their argument was that they are busy as some deal is going on. I ordered it in person at the counter. The person serving was racist and Super rude. Please avoid this location if you are not white.
