Sandwiches have been getting worse and worse. Tonight was the final straw. Bread was stale, lettuce was beyond wilted and the tomatoes were totally mush, 2 skimpy slices of turkey. Times are tough but this is pathetic will not go back

**I am specifically reviewing the footlong pretzel.**What a disappointment!!! I was so excited to try this pretzel, I love Auntie Anne's! But this is a stick of tasteless, burnt bread with barely any salt. I spit out my second bite because I couldn't force myself to finish chewing it. This is a sad excuse for a soft pretzel, and a waste of money.

I’m very pleased with the customer service I received today. I received my sandwich missing avocado, I drove back and they corrected the issue, no hesitation. The manager and the female employee helping me were extremely nice. The female employee even greeted me with a smile. I wish I would have asked for their names. Overall I had a great experience. Thank you.
