Terrible customer service hot there around 1:55 they close at 2 no one answered the speaker so I pulled to the front window tried ti tell them it wasn’t 2 yet but they were persistent and closed there store early so I’ll make sure to contact higher ups about that

I ordered nachos bell grande. At one time they use to add green onions and black olives on top. It was better tasting yrs ago.
Music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation..
Dining area was clean.
Cashier was very pleasant.

As a former worker for Taco Bell, I know usually the receipts have a QR code to scan to leave a review however I ordered through DoorDash. Anyways, I have tried calling the store 6 times to be able to have this mistake fixed without leaving a bad review. But I got no answer. I had ordered potato soft tacos and received some sad cheesy roll ups instead. I’m not one to complain but after calling to many time and not getting any answer. The customer service and accuracy isn’t there.
