Service was amazing, the decoration was beautiful but it felt congested, and the food was delicious but I felt there were trying to go with a unique approach on the entree menu. I think they should just simplify it.

First of all, a Steakhouse should get their main entrees right. I ordered the ribeye steak at medium rare and received it overcooked. I didn't send it back because we waited a while for the main entrees. My wife ordered the chicken and received a chicken breast that was cut in half to make it look like she was receiving 2 chicken breasts. The sides were tasty but the roll was dry and crumbling. It looked like a store bought roll that was old. I will not come here again, especially at these prices. It's really a shame because the atmosphere and the staff was great!

Our waitress forgot about our drink we had to remind her 15 mins later. She brought us 2 rum cokes that most of ice was melted and water downed. Ordered to cowboy rib eyes $60 each. Brought us out the wrong steaks. 40 mins later got our second steaks. Ordered them med rare. After 2 bites I got her attention and said we ordered med rare I showed her the well done dry steaks. Then I talked to the supervisor told her we had watered down drinks that the waitress brought us witch blew me away she wasn't smart enough to get us some fresh ones and that we had been there over a hr and our second round steaks were way over cooked and she asked me what I like done I suggested how about gift cards for another visit she said ok then came back and told us next time we come in just ask for her and she will take care of us with a discount. This pissed me off I told her was it normal to give a discount to people who got a shitty dinner and waited over a hr for there meal. I'm just dumb founded why they just didn't take the steaks off the bill like it was really going to hurt them. Wtf. Like I'm going back to say hey remember me can I get a discount wtf. They suck Fire her ass and my waitress there worthless never even came back to ask us if we needed anything or refills wtf

When we got in it took 20 minutes for drinks and another 10 for one appetizer, the bread and honey covered butter was delicious. My husband ordered the 18oz rib eye steak, he asked it to be cooked medium, he got medium well, but the cut was horrible for the 40-plus dollars we paid. I ordered the chicken entree that came with broccolini and potatoes, my broccolini hard and stale. My chicken was way overcooked and hard with hardly any flavor. The brussel sprouts we ordered came with thick bacon pieces and herbs, this item was good. The house salads we ordered were good as well, served in a cold bowl. We never got a refill for our drinks. We paid well over 100 dollars and will never be back! We should have spent 20 bucks for a hot dog! The area was quiet with the television playing in the background. The bar seemed nice.

My review isn’t meant to be mean but it is probably going to sound a little harsh because it is honest. I ordered the New York Strip. It was the equivalent of if you were to get a steak from Dennys . It had absolutely no flavor. They did not season it at all, no salt no pepper, nothing. The carrots were very good but the I also ordered the Brussel Sprouts and I got two Brussel sprouts cut in half, I expected a little more from a steak house.

I ordered the prime rib dinner. It was around $40 and the worst prime rib I have ever eaten. You could tell it had been microwaved to death and the carrots were about three bites worth and the mashed potatoes were like slop. It was disgusting don’t eat there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Walking in 2 host girls asked if we had a reservation and we said no. Couldn't get the girls name that actually tried and looked around the room for tables and got us a table. The other girl kept saying "theres no space" "no reservations available" she kept saying it over and over to the other girl that helped us. We told her THANK YOU for getting us in. & both girls said thank you. We told the one that kept saying "no space/reservation" NO NOT YOU! (OHH & ALL TABLES WERE EMPTY) We sat down, the same girl that helped us offered us drinks and told us what they have! This girl that helped get us in and offered drinks is the BEST!!! She leff and told the server about our drinks.Server came and asked us what to drink. We all asked for Strawberry Lemonade. She said theres is NO STRAWBERRY LEMONADE. Server offered drinks and 1 of customers asked for Strawberry Lemonade and server said OK. I was like "what I though they didn't have any?" Waited to see if that server brings the drink and SHE DID. So when the server from our table comes back we said "why did you tell us there is NO STRAWBERRY LEMONADE" when the customer behind us got the drink. Her STUPID EXCUSE; we went to the store and bought more. LOL B******** there is only 1 entrance, and no one came in with the drink! Pasta wasn't good: Needed Salt. Chicken was good.
