went in for lunch and ordered a cheese burger, they brought a vault burger. Not what I wanted.. This is 3 times now they are screwing up order and there is no attempt at getting it right for the consumer...SAM, your employees are slipping and not pleasing customers... I left hungry and disappointed.

We’ve been regular customers here, but unfortunately our last experience was very disappointing. We dined in and ordered a steak meal to-go. When my son opened the box at home, there was a fly in with the food. Naturally, he didn’t eat it.
I called the restaurant to let them know and hoped they would make it right. Instead, I was told that once a to-go order leaves, they cannot take responsibility. The cook also claimed he remembered preparing it and said everything was fine.
I understand mistakes can happen, but I expected better customer service and accountability, especially as a loyal customer. Sadly, this experience has made us reconsider returning.
