I don't recommend this place! They don't wear any gloves while making your food. When I asked why she said because they work with hot oil!!!!!!! My fries were so salty it was gross. My bbq wings were drowning with bbq sauce. In a big pool of it. Bad customer service! I won't be back! My husband found a hair in his food!

Was super excited to hear they would be selling thighs along with wings. Went to place an order for lunch and found that you cannot order wings and thighs from the same website(they have two, wingstop.com / thighstop.com) you have to place two separate orders AND you cannot order thighs over the phone or in person, just through DoorDash. Extremely inconvenient and makes no sense.

You'd think the food would be better for the amount of time it takes for them to finish an order. If you're a delivery person, just beware. Every order will be at least 10 minutes late from the time of pickup.

Customer service here is ridiculous. Barley walked in and I was waiting out by the counter since it was a online order for pick up and a employee literally yells from the back that she will be with me shortly. Okay cool so your short staff and helping in back. No issue. But when you come to the front and have a attitude saying " next time you come, come to the front because I can't see you from the back if your standing on the side" not even a "hello" "how are you" nothing.

Placed my order online at 5:50 PM got to Wingstop at 6: 25 since the app said it would be ready in 21 to 26 minutes. They didn't have my order ready in till 650 . !!!!!! Long a** wait! At around 635 I asked The cashier how long till my order was ready she said they were just working on the fries still took almost 20 minutes longer so unprofessional !!!

So the Wingstop in town apparently uses Door Dash when we ordered from the Wingstop web site. The web site does not tell you that. We ordered $80 worth of food and the. Received the wrong order. We tried calling Wingstop but all they could tell us was to call Door Dash... but they don’t have any number or contact information. We drove to the store and talked to the manager. She could not help us. We have to wait 3 or 4 business days to get a refund from Door Dash and still no dinner. Very unhappy, and absolutely terrible customer service.

If I could given them zero stars I would. Ordered online, half my order is missing. Call restaurant placed on hold, 15 minutes on hold I decide to hang up. Redial and now they don't answer.

I just had the shittiest service at this Wingstop and most likely won't return learn customer service hunny no one picked your job but you I kindly asked to change my order after I paid and was denied and still waited for another 10 minutes for my food makes no sense that I couldn't change the flavor on my tenders anyways have a great night

The wings are amazing!! My recent visit my bf & I spilt our drinks in the car & made a complete mess. Luckily the manager Irene gave us another cup & helped us clean the mess! We really appreciated it! Most definitely coming back again. Thank you to Irene & Avah for helping us out!

Good wings don't get me wrong but the service ain't that great they bearly pick up the phone too which is annoying. Staff is also usually rude don't know why but I don't appreciate that and I don't think others do maybe they need new employees and they need too answer the phone too. Slightly disappointed !
