The place looks clean from the outside but the inside is not! The pictures in the menu are deceiving! The bathroom was dirty, the floors and they had rice cookers stored in the bathroom. The service was not the best either, there was only one waiter the other lady was just there and didn't even acknowledge me when I was trying to pay until a few minutes later. The food was also not good my plate was full of rice and only had a few pieces of chicken. My son ordered plain noodles and they were flavorless and tasted expired not sure what they were!!!

The worst service ever! We tried to ask for the food and they didn’t wan’t us to answer about the specifications that we asked about the dishes, when we was trying to explain our selfs, they didn’t bother to hear us and they ask us to leave the place and for the first time in our life they denied us the service.When we were leaving, a ladie come up with us with food she asked to go in the same place and told us that she wanted to report them for the bad service, so it was not just us, they are rude and with a terrible service in general with the public.

Frustrating when hours say open until 9:00 PM not only online but also advertised on the door 11:00 am -9:00pm. You make plans with family to meet for dinner to find out they’re closed at and it’s only 8:00PM. Updated hours ?

I start by saying the food was good but the service of the girl at the counter was absolutely appalling. my husband and I were so shocked by how rude the girl was that he walked out without eating. We appreciate that everyone can have a bad day but no reason to be rude and lose even one customer.

It's been a favorite of mine for years since I was a kid. Tokyo Yaki Soba and monster roll are my go-to.
The food was quite unappetizing. After I ate the food I felt nauseous and had to go to the hospital because I kept throwing up. I do not recommend this restaurant because the customer service was negative towards me, which made feel upset. I'm sure they upgraded their cooking skills but it was still a very upsetting experience.

As its namesake suggests it’s best for the rice bowls. The tempura is not bad and the teriyaki overcooked and the overly sweet clumpy sauce is the lowest consumer grade one can expect. The brownish gray sashimi is inedible and may actually be unsafe for consumption. We must always context our expectations when visiting rural areas. Too many types of music playing from different phones relegates this place better for takeaways.

Honestly the food isn't bad, just the service. I don't mind waiting for my order a bit more, but twice as long as expected is ridiculous. Especially if your watching dine in customers come in and eat AND finish all before your pre ordered food is ready.
