Twice we had to take food back because the young man got the order wrong...same food item...we ordered a burger NO CHEESE and twice it had to be made and still got the order wrong. I also purchased a long time ago 3 key tags for free junior Fridays as I have 3 small granddaughters...Now they told me I can only get 1 frosty at a time even though I have 3 tags

Food and services used to be great and we used to get our dogs a puppy patty now there prices are ridiculous and the workers are rude very slow service and no more puppy panties .

My wife ordered 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches. But ended up with 2 childrens chicken sandwichs. A small chicken patty with a wilted piece of lettuce between two untoasted buns. 😐😐😐. I wonder are these people in Wendy's high on LSD or something 🤨?

This place is always a disappointment. Not sure why the staff here thinks it’s okay to sell old product and not expect anyone to complain. Prices are not cheap so when I go there and spend $40 on a few items I would generally expect the food to be decent quality enough to eat. I understand food won’t always be fresh but come on now this is just ridiculous. And yes this has happened to me before and every time I try and give this location another shot it’s the same thing every time. Do not waste your money.
