I placed my orders online 3 hrs ahead and when I picked it up, I still have to wait 25-30 mins because they didn’t cook enough wings lol. I spent $251, not worth the wait! Wings were skimpy and didn’t look like it was 200. Done with wings stop! That’s why their always hiring lol

Service it's bad the lady in front attending costumers have a bad attitude even whit the dashers I see one guy waiting more then 30 min and the order was there now I see it why my food it's always cold wen I order doordash here because this lady don't care it was the chunky lady and it's not the first time I see it it was a big line she don't even care to atend the ppl in line she has a really bad attitude. Ordered takeout. Arrived to get my wings, and when I asked for straws, was assured that the straws would be in the bag. I left with my food and arrived home. When I did, I first realized my straws weren’t in the bag. Then, I realized instead of giving me one coke and a water, they gave me two cokes. Didn’t complain too much, until I drank them and realized they were diet and cherry. Wings tasted fine, but both I and my sister felt rough after, and my sister even woke up early in the morning to throw up the 4 wings she ate. Never ordering here again.

Every time I get out of work late, I am always finding something to eat. Luckily, Wingstop is open until 12:00 am. There aren’t many restaurants that stay open late, and let me tell you, their tenders are always so juicy, tender, and flavorful!
I recently tried their new tenders, and they’re even better than the last ones. The crunchiness is next level, and every part is edible, unlike other places where some parts are hard and not at all edible. They’re so juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, piping hot! The tenders could use a bit more sauce, but as long as they’re juicy, that’s what matters.
The corn is sweet with a kick of Cajun seasoning. It’s cooked perfectly, not dry at all.
I placed a mobile order, and they got everything right! The atmosphere has changed. They’ve removed the table in front of the counter and put a bench there. I don’t like it because it’s a bit uncomfortable, but the place is small and clean. I like the plane on the wall. They’ve also added outdoor seating and an automatic ice machine.
The customer service is amazing. They always help me right away and double-check if the order is correct. If something is wrong, they’ll fix it. All the employees say “Hi, BIGJOE” with a bright smile. They always make me so happy, and they even give me free wings! One of the employees wanted me to see they were the top gun for Q3 and Q4 for 2024

An item wasn’t given to the delivery man which is fine it was just a drink that was forgotten. Simple mistake but to get my return for the drink I had to call the store which they answered put me on hold and never got back to me. I would claim the person on the phone forgot but when I redialed whomever was on the phone turned off the phone.I think someone at the store is stealing. Watch out customers
