Scheduled to pick up a order at 7:30pm I arrived at 7:35 and they couldn’t find the order anywhere. After almost 10 minutes of waiting they told me it would take 15 minutes for the food to be out. They’re very unorganized and sloppy.
I dont understand how it takes 40 minutes to make a 10 piece wing combo. Staff wasnt doing anything and there were only 4 other customers in store already eating. Buffalo wild wings is much better and quicker.

Only had take out, so I cannot comment on the atmosphere overall or the service overall. I can, however describe my experience with the first order and the accommodations and tonight's dinner. It is as follows:First time: the server on the phone said they were out of fries. She recommended the parmesan garlic corn on the cob. OMG best corn ever! I didn't know parmesan and garlic worked so well! I seriously recommend it! The wings were also tasty! Best part? Under 20 bucks for 3 (possibly 4) people. Good deal.Second time: wings are still yummy. Ranch is awesome! (Also had ranch for the first meal as well and it was so good) Soda was refreshing. BUT the fries were limp and a little too spicy for me (I have a sensitive stomach) I didn't eat much of the fries (over abundance which is totally cool!). I rate the fries a 4/10 strictly because of the limp fries hinting to them possibly sitting there for hours. They do have the potential to be awesome! Please WingStop improve the fries.Overall rating: 8.5/10Recommend?: Yes! Definitely. ??
