This restaurant is very tucked in the corner its small, but spacious! The owner is nice, it was me and my partners first time going. We were excited to hear that there was a Korean style restaurant near by in prundale! We got the spicy pork bulgogi #10 and the #3 sweet and spicy chicken wings, definitely will be going back. Chicken was really crispy and juicy! The bulgogi was just the perfect amount of spice and flavor! Just hope that for the future they have more options of a menu.

If you LOVE and are LOOKING for the best fried chicken, you MUST try this place. Dam! What a hidden gem in our own backyard...well, 15 minute drive from home. The chicken is moist, crispy, HOT and absolutely delicious ? tried other Korean dishes and they are good. I am so happy I have found a place to buy my fried chicken ? ? must try people! Best Korean restaurant in the Salinas area! We love to get the Soy Garlic Chicken (mild), and there are so many more authentic Korean dishes to choose from. The chicken is crispy on the outside, while being flavorful and juicy on the inside. The owner is very friendly and accommodating as well.

Hidden Gem in Prunedale. On your next drive down 101 South or passing through to Monterey this is a must stop. The Korean Fried chicken is delicious and crispy. The other Korean entrees are also great: trust me. Just go!

Food Was Great! As a guy who loves authentic korean cuisine I was really impressed with the taste of my jab chae. Living in Korea for many years it really is hard to get that authentic Korean flavor. KB Chicken knocked it out of the park. The service was great to with our waitress Joan helping us decide what to pick from the menu. The ambiance was great a lot of laughter and families enjoying themselves with lots of lighting. Two thumbs up KB Chicken

Not just the best Korean food in the area, but the best food in the area, entirely. I've eaten a lot of Korean food, and this is as traditional and authentic as you can get. The entire menu is fire! Especially the Japchae. The restaurant itself is very clean, orderly, and inviting. Joanne is a delight in that she really cares if the diner has a great experience and clearly takes pride in her work. I couldn't have been more impressed and will continue to eat here all the time.

We have been several times. The food is delicious and servings are extremely generous. Service is great. We even took our family there ...there were menu choices for our 8 and 10 year old grandchildren as well as adults.

I usually order through DoorDash, which can be pricy, but I'm lazy and hate dealing with the roads around the time I start to get hungry. I always order the spicy pork bulgogi, but go with the delicious chicken every now and then. Either way, this review isn't about the food, which I always love. This review is about the wonderful customer service. There was a bit of a problem with the DoorDash order; and item was left behind. Anyway, the shop went out of their way to call me, and tell me that I'll get a discount on my next order, because they recognize that I always order from them. Clearly, customer satisfaction is a legit priority here, which is something we can't even get out of million dollar corporations. So, I'll have to say, thank you to the hard working individuals over at KB, and thank you for your love and care you put into my orders. The bulgogi is absolutely superb, and I look forward to my weekly order always. Thank you for bringing such deliciousness near my home. I think about it every time I order food here - truly grateful. If you're tired of the same old crap living in the SJB-Prunedale region, and want something fun to the taste buds - give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. Easily, an instant favorite.

Convenient to the 156 and 101 intersections in the Safeway shopping mall. The service was attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite.The fried chicken was crunchy, salted just right and was really sheer perfection for a southern taste.Soy garlic spicy chicken wings were perfect. Crunch that lasts even for leftovers in the air fryer.The bibimbob was served in the hot clay pot for the perfect crunchy rice crust.
