Only use drive-through. Do not go in for a to go order. It has the lowest priority and will take an average of 15-30 minutes. You will have to ask them continuously as they will forget you are there and lose your order.

Today I came to pick up a takeout order, the restaurant was closed so I went to the drive thru, the person who took the order was really rude. This happened around 9:30 pm 3/25/2025

Horrible customer service The employee who works at the front rolled her eyes at customers We did not receive ANY assistance (waited 10 mins!!) until I asked for someone to help and take our order since their self order machines weren’t working. Will definitely not be recommending this place nor will I be back.

I got McDonald’s FROM THIS MCDONALDS manger got order wrong and put fries in the bag and a smashed cardboard fries Trey. She said she will call the cops on my brother but she’s the one that got the order mixed up and made the food horrible!!. Every time I go they have great service but this time it wasn’t good THIS MANGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED

I honestly don’t recommend there has been plenty of times I’ve ordered things and they never add it to my food and they always take super long to make the food no matter if just you or many people I say just take ur money to the Burger King that’s a 0.4 miles away from this McDonalds.
They messed up my order up on Christmas, asked for the correction when I paid and seen the receipt was incorrect. They still gave me the wrong stuff...
