I stopped by to pick up some late night dinner. The food was all decently fresh and tasted good. Unfortunately my order was lacking things when I got it which is why I don't leave without checking. I had to go thru the drive way a second time and the manager had the audacity to roll her eyes at me like it was my fault things were missing. It took me a total of 55 min and 2 trips through the driveway to get my meal. They would also not answer their phone..frustrating. I...
Whenever we go to San Jose, we always stop at this branch. The staff and the service here are top-notch! And they always give you freshly cooked and well seasoned French fries. I highly recommend this place.
This is one of the more reliable McDonalds around. They typically get your order right and most of the time the shake machine is working. Better average than BKing. Their fries are really good too.
