I live in Monterey and my family lives in Napa. This is great place to stop at the beginning of this long trip. The store was clean. I didn’t have to wait long and the coffee was good and warm.

Went here to buy a ice coffee drink before class . The only guy working who was making the drinks did a horrible job! Waited over 15 minutes and finally walked up saying that I been waiting for over 15 minutes (I clearly saw at least 10 drinks made for a family that ordered 5 min after me) he says " oh your dink is right here , I called your name out". I told him "no you didn't call my name, I'm sitting right here across from you" he admitted that he didn't say my name loud enough. Total lie, he didn't call my name out at all, I clearly heard him call out other names, there was even someone else's drink on the counter too that he didn't call out. He asked if I wanted a new drink, which I thought he was being professional for messing up, so I said yes I would like a new drink (since the ice is almost completely melted) This clown then makes a new drink and fills up the large cup almost to the top with ice. Literally 5 small drinks of this large cup of ice coffee and it was gone! Almost all ice! Pretty weak and unprofessional! If I go back here (which I probably won't ever again) and this guy is working , I'm going to ask someone else to make my drink, not this guy for wasting my time and money! Almost $7 for 85% ice??? Na, I'm good off that!

On the way of our return to San Francisco from Carmel, we took a break in Prunedale. We ordered different items and the staff prepared the items within a short time. Enjoyed the coffee and other items.

Disappointed to write this but I don't now how more clear I could be when asking for 4 pumps of classic. Seems to be a common mistake between all Starbucks. Coffee is still good but this is not what I ordered.

the girls are ridiculously rude in the mornings!! especially the girl with natural curly hair and painted eyebrows, her along with the rest of the crew are in desperate need of learning basic customer service because "we dont have ___ today" "oh we ran out of that" isnt good for customer service.

This is the best location I have ever been to and I've seen many! Service here is amazing and the people super friendly. I come regularly and I love that they know my face and remember my drink before I ask! They make me feel so included! Love you guys!
While heading north to visit family I happened across this Starbucks. What a welcome sight for a wake up cup of Pikes Place and a quick snack of a double smoked bacon. It made the rest of my trip more enjoyable by being awake and my tummy full. So glad they have this place.

The last few months the employees have been especially rude. They speak to the customer as though we are stupid and understand nothing. I can see that this particular store has a high turn over rate of employees the last couple of years. When I do order my drinks here it is hit and miss on if it will be made correctlyp
