One of baristas in this store is treating people differently. I ordered a cup of Americano and waited for almost half an hour. The person who placed the order in front of me got his food and drinks in just 5 minutes.
I checked in with the barista, and he said my order is still in line, and I have to wait for it. Then after I checked several times and a dozen of drinks have been picked up, it is still not my turn. It is just a cup of Americano which was filled into a cup within 1 minute.
I understand there might be take out orders and drive thru orders, but I don’t believe there would be a dozen of orders between the person before me and me.
I sincerely doubt the intention of this barista, and I hope the manager of this Starbucks should take care of this case seriously.

It gets pretty loud with the music playing in the store. Other than that, just another Starbucks.

The only problem with this location is that the men's room doesn't lock and when the door is opened there is an unobstructed view of whomever is using the urinal. That should be addressed by adding a partition or a lock.

This Starbucks needs major help with more baristas or even multiple managers for it to run smooth.

I usually don’t post not great reviews, but there were several issues at this Starbucks. Fairly dirty restroom, no hand towels. Some offensive language by an employee at the front register when we came up to make our purchase (I think she was a shift manager because she was asking other employees to sign some paperwork to get paid). We asked for a cup of ice in addition to our paid order; was told “it has to go through the system like the rest of the orders” while two employees kept talking to each other at the front register without helping get the ice or help with other orders. The main guy barista & drive through team looked like they were working pretty hard, but not being helped much by the people at the register (maybe this is their system, not sure). Definitely prioritizing mobile orders for people who were not (yet) there vs in-store customers. Five minutes later, we needed to leave (without the cup of ice).

Worst starbucks drink I ever had. I used to love starbucks frappes a lot. But they ruined all the 4 drinks we ordered. Even though we mentioned these drinks are not same like how they should be, they denied it. One should follow the exact starbucks recipes in the outlet while preparing

Barista has always been consistently pleasant
My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru to order a Carmel coffee and water, only 3 cars in front of us and the line did not move for 15 min. We got out of the drive thru and ordered inside which took another 40 min to then receive the wrong coffee order and no water. Please hire more staff!!!
Sunday night at 8:01 in drive thru ordered 2 venti coffees we were out of caramel so you couldn’t order nothing caramel then we ordered a vanilla latte and a car white chocolate mocha and the white chocolate milkThey were horrible $15 down the drain didn’t drink them and it was 830 when we got out of the line half an hour in line and there’s only a one white truck in front of us. The white latte tasted like the chocolate and the. White chocolate didn’t have flavor.
couldn’t give me a refund. stuck in drive thru for 20 minutes and didn’t move at all had to ask the person behind me to back up so i could get out as i had a mobile order. went inside and they had no one at the register and one girl doing drive thru and making drinks. waited damn near 35 minutes and just left w out my drink or a refund.
It’s been 45mins as of this writing since I got in the drive through for a damn coffee. Brutally stuck right now. I see a lot of reviews complaining about waiting in drive through-Not sure how such a store with less to no labor is still in business and curious how starbucks is encouraging such stores :(
