I boycotted this location for a few years because the Mgmt was SO rude and the staff was lazy. 3 years ago a student started working there and I HAD to go back.. Apparently Mgmt changed..MUCH better.. that one gal ..oooo..awful.
Now, if they'll just stay focused and not leave people in the drive thru for 20 min JUST for a soda
Here I am sitting in your drive thru for 15 minutes now. Of course your ice cream machine is not working again only the customer doesn't know until they are placing their order so I will spend at least 20 min waiting for some cookies. Never again, I have learned my lesson
