Went through the drive-thru at this location. We were kind of disappointed with the food once we got it home. I ordered the orange chicken and the teriyaki chicken in a two item combo with half and half rice and chow mein. The chow mein tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. And the teriyaki chicken had an odd flavor to it as well. I've gone to this location several times and have never had bad tasting food. But I feel like there was perhaps a mishap with the oil or somebody's cooking on too high of heat. But something was off. Hopefully our next experience will be back up to the standards we expect.

After leaving a review, most places usually offer an apology at the minimum if it's a bad one, maybe even compensate the order,...or a 'thank you' if it's a good one. But apparently Panda Express over on 20th West & ave I just don't give a flick about their customers. Not only have they not offered an apology at the bare minimum, but they still continue to serve food that has been sitting out all day long under heat lamps. Again, I was served limp broccoli with 2 of the tiniest pieces of beef with it, but the orange chicken was hard & unedible in half the pieces they served me & the chow mein tasted like straight peanut butter from last year. The drink they gave me, it's lid wasn't even fully attached & spilled when handed to me. I tried to ask for a new one but just had the window shut on me & was ignored on purpose. I can't make this up ppl. This establishment is not worth the $$ out of anyone's pocket. They are rude & food is old. Not going back any time soon. Bye Panda.
I just ordered a two item combo with chow mein orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Beef and broccoli... Looks like it sat out all day and there is literally no beef in it at all. This is not the first time I'm sure it won't be the last how they serve customers. If you like pictures I'm more than welcome to send you some. It'll look like wilted weathered green somethings. But it will not look like broccoli.

I frequent this location a lot, the staff is incredibly friendly & enthusiastic. Last night I had to last minute put in an order close to close, despite the late order the staff was still kind & had my order out quickly! Overall amazing staff & well cooked food!
