I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Papa John’s was so frustrating I felt compelled to speak up. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. I stood at the counter for several minutes—at least 10—while multiple employees walked by, looked directly at me, and said absolutely nothing. No “Hi,” no “We’ll be with you in a moment,” nothing. Just silence and avoidance. I tried making eye contact and even said “Hello?” a few times, but it was like I was invisible. One employee glanced at me, then turned away and kept working without acknowledging me at all.
Eventually, I had to ask if someone could help me, and even then, the response was dismissive, like I was inconveniencing them. No apology for the wait, no explanation. Just bad attitude. I wasn’t being rude or impatient—I just wanted to pick up my order and go. The vibe in the store was chaotic, disorganized, and completely indifferent to customer service. It honestly felt like they didn’t care whether I was there or not.
This kind of service is unacceptable. If you’re too busy to help customers, at least say something. A simple “Hey, we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. But to act like a customer doesn’t exist? That’s beyond unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d advise others to think twice before wasting their time here.

We have pizza night almost every Tuesday and this is our place! They always treat us well and the food is on time... and amazing, can't ask for anything more than that!
