I went here tonight ... I was shocked to see it is in a gas station because I am used to going to Ave K ... The lady was nice, but I came home and actually tried the pizza ... It wasn't cut right and it was nasty 𤢠đ¤˘đ¤˘đ¤˘ .... I will continue to drive to ave K

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Papa Johnâs was so frustrating I felt compelled to speak up. From the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. I stood at the counter for several minutesâat least 10âwhile multiple employees walked by, looked directly at me, and said absolutely nothing. No âHi,â no âWeâll be with you in a moment,â nothing. Just silence and avoidance. I tried making eye contact and even said âHello?â a few times, but it was like I was invisible. One employee glanced at me, then turned away and kept working without acknowledging me at all.
Eventually, I had to ask if someone could help me, and even then, the response was dismissive, like I was inconveniencing them. No apology for the wait, no explanation. Just bad attitude. I wasnât being rude or impatientâI just wanted to pick up my order and go. The vibe in the store was chaotic, disorganized, and completely indifferent to customer service. It honestly felt like they didnât care whether I was there or not.
This kind of service is unacceptable. If youâre too busy to help customers, at least say something. A simple âHey, weâll be right with youâ goes a long way. But to act like a customer doesnât exist? Thatâs beyond unprofessional. I wonât be returning to this location, and Iâd advise others to think twice before wasting their time here.

To the lady's that worked tonight on March 14 2025 around 730pm. They were lovely excellent customer service. The food looked great and tasted great. I would come back again.
We have pizza night almost every Tuesday and this is our place! They always treat us well and the food is on time... and amazing, can't ask for anything more than that!
