The manager is cruel. Should NOT be working in customer service. He and McKenzie were extremely rude when I went in to get my correct order. Hello all, I don’t do usually do posts like this but think you should be warned. Primos on 50th and W Avenue L. Please make sure to check your receipts. I noticed the charge was for way more than what we got, and when they handed the receipt it just had a total on it. I asked for an itemized receipt and he handed it to me and slammed the drive thru window I noticed their were additional items added that I didn’t order, when I went into the restaurant to ask if there was a misunderstanding I was told, “oh that’s too much for you? That’s too much for you? Got it.” I just stayed quiet cause I could not believe it was happening. Very defensive like I was charged those things and they were hoping I didn’t know. Sooo rude! We liked it there but WILL NOT be going back.
