I’m writing this review after making several trips to their locations in the AV and the SFV and inconsistent is the first word that comes to mind. Their drinks are typically way too sweet, whether it’s their seasonal drinks or their standard drinks.
I like they give a good amount of options every season but inconsistency is the main thing that prevents me from giving them a better rating.

I love the location on Tierra Subida, I always hype it up and have given it so many more loyal customers, but this location is lacking.The menu the drinks are on the board and food items on a sheet on the counter. The flights aren’t at this location which is a bummer.I was excited to have them with my son, but they don’t offer them here. My chai I always order lacked the taste of chai was just very milky and my bagel was toasted on the incorrect side. If I could suggest anything...
