We arrived for a birthday party for my nephew's 13th birthday. It was just after 1 pm. It was not busy. We had four people, my brother had been waiting solo for almost an hour. My nephew was 15 minutes away. We wanted to set up his gifts and cake before he got there. They refused to seat us unless we had 6 people. My sister had traveled from Santa Cruz.

This is a fun place for families to hang out, it is indoor, is is a good size and has lots of seating. There is an arcade area with many fun games, the food is good and the service is great. They also have party areas and packages at great deals.

I recommend Vince's pizzeria, because is the best place for a family to go for any events where the atmosphere is friendly. The staff and security works wholeheartedly for the guests. We had my grandson's birthday party and it was so amazing. My family had the most awesome time, the food is delicious the prices are reasonable, and the service is100% 5 star. The restaurants environment very well cleaned, and family orientated. I want to thank the manager the assistant with my reservation and ensuring our party was great. The security staff we thank you as well for ensuring our safety and other guests . You guys are the best. We will be back soon and by all means I'll definitely See you next year for the next birthday party.

I have been coming to this place for many years and had many parties in the reserved rooms. I hate the security at the entrance now. Two recent times we've come they ask if we're here for a group and I say no just the four of us and that's it (spouse and kids). They continue their questions and it's frustrating. I just told you nobody else! I get why they do this but I don't need 5 repetitive questions when I just told you no! The reserved rooms are very costly, not everyone can afford this and if you have the space, you should reconsider the way you do things as I feel you'll be losing a lot of business. Your games are outdated and a lot of them don't work. Even though MB2 is a further drive, it might be worth it at this point. You try to support local businesses but guess it's time to take out our business elsewhere.
