An excellent place to sit and work with a delicious latte. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, delicious coffee, reliable wifi and lots of tables with outlets for working remotely. I also really enjoyed the iced Americano. Their espresso is excellent.

My husband and I were near the end of our 11 day motorcycle trip when we decided to spend the night in Quincy. The next morning we happened to find Midtown Coffee so we thought we’d give it a shot. While waiting for our drinks I realized I had lost one of my small gold earrings. It must have fallen out when I removed my helmet. I started looking around the floor and the owner, Glen, came over to see what I was doing. When I explained what had happened, he started helping me look for my earring. He swept the areas in which I’d been standing, he walked the long hallway leading to his shop with me, and when we couldn’t find it, he told me to leave my name, number, and address in case it turned up. I was sad to leave without my earring as it had belonged to my mother and had great sentimental value for me, but it was time for us to hit the road. A few days later I received a call from his daughter, Emma, saying they had found my earring! Glen then took time out of his busy day to go to the post office and mail my earring to me certified mail to be sure I received it. Not only does this little coffee shop have wonderful coffee drinks, their customer service is exceptional. Now I understand why several locals came in for coffee during our visit. It would definitely be our go-to if we lived there! If you happen to be in Quincy, California, and you’re looking for great coffee from the best owner and employees, then do yourself a favor and stop by Midtown Coffee. We can’t wait to go back!

Nice strong coffee, the best raspberry turnovers I've ever had in my life. The atmosphere is ok, until they grind coffee, then you have to raise your voice a bit. ? I wish they'd extend their hours. We need places to be open on the weekends and later in the day for coffee. Everything on offer here is QUALITY.

While passing through this little town, I had the privilege of discovering this gem. The barista Kaydence was so sweet! Her smile was so genuine and she complimented my outfit. She made my coffee to perfection. It was so delicious. I will definitely be coming back when I get the chance!

My family and I stopped by this coffee shop 10 minutes past closing and were just outside discussing how we were sad to miss the coffee since we aren’t from the area and were looking forward to it. The owner overheard us and offered to accommodate to all our needs regardless of it being past closing. It was a very kind gesture, and they have delicious cold brew and chai lattes!

No pastries visible. Snowing like crazy outside so maybe they didn't have much today. I didn't get any food, so can't rate. Service was quick... am very out of my element and a touch worried about the storm, and I guess I wanted more "warmth" but it's nothing against them. I'm not sure he's the regular at the register. First visit, would go back. Nothing at all wrong, was just going for more and that's probably my issue today. Definitely give them a chance!!!
