I’m not one for leaving poor reviews, but I just had the worst experience at any Subway I’d ever been to. I was the only customer in the store and it took 13 minutes to get out with my sandwich. Even with 3 employees, my sandwich was left half-made, and unattended multiple times to the point I had to ask what was going on. The 3 employees took turns making my sandwich as they each walked off to talk on the phone for brief periods, before returning and still failing to continue my order until I persisted. I really enjoy Subway but I just hope to God that this same crew isn’t working the next time I go in.

Horrible service! We had a basketball tournament all day and decided on subway for dinner! The girl with drawn on smeared eyebrows had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. We came in at 730 pm and clearly she was irritated that she had to work. She asked what we wanted in a very irritated tone * I was ready to just walk out but my family wanted to eat so we continued with our order. As we were finishing up and paying another girl walked in and she said “really people” I am so tired! Now I am not sure if her work day was extremely exhausting but her customer service or lack of made it apparent she did not want to be working and did not want to see more people walk through the door! I do not know what her name was but her eyebrows could speak for them self. Absolutely the worst subway experience I have ever had

Absolute trash. My bread was at least 2 days old!! I even asked him if my bread was fresh and he said it was made this morning at 8, and there's no way this bread got this stale in 4 hours!!! I'm in a long drive for work and already 20 minutes down the road before I checked. I would rather eat an old gas station sandwich than this garbage!!! The guy who helped me had long brown hair and a mustache I didn't catch his name, but he's am absolute horrible representative of this company!! I eat subway at least twice a week, and I'm extremely disappointed in this garbage!!!

The service is not very good, they work without uniform sometimes, pay attention to the freshness of products, pay attention to sanitary standards, cleanliness and change of gloves!, a disgusting place, but they are lucky, as they have almost no competitors in fast food in this small city. Guys, please work humanly, if you don't like your work, don't work, and if you want to work, do everything for beauty, but about tips they not forget ask me!

Manager has bad attitude and employees not wearing uniform and talking about personal issues. Food is ok but overall bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Meh. The food is often kind of gross. The sandwich artists are mostly nice. The equipment is so loud that you have to scream your order. Their hours are minimal, like most everything in town. Their phone hasn't worked in a year. I ended up leaving because it was taking forever and there were a ton of people in front of me.

Well, being that I cannot give a rant about a business here in town (Quincy), I guess I will vent right here on my own page.
It is so hot, neither wanted to cook and it is about too hot to eat. We decided on Subway ... order online and go pick it up. I did place my order and it said it was ready when we got there... mind you, it was already paid for.
Linda went to get it...it was not ready, had not even been started... the girl said they were out of bread. Now this is 5:00 p.m. ...what had they doing all day??? In the meantime the manager pulls up, gets out and goes in (where was he all day?), comes back out and is talking on his phone. He's waiving his arms and then he gets back in his car and drives off.
Linda said to give my money back and then the girl tells her that only the manager can give refunds. What the hell was that??? He just drove off!!
I am going to copy and paste this on their website and also complain to the company.
