I got so sick from this place. I had the grilled chicken plate with rice and veggie. And I haven't left the restroom in two days, I cant hold anything down. I think the chicken was really bad. There was something off about the plate mid way eating - and I had to stop eating it even though I was still hungry but when I got home I could no longer stomach anything ): Had to miss a day of work and now sitting at my desk puking lol. Dont recommend this place to anyone. Really sad about it.

Food was amazing! Atmosphere was great. Service was 5 star. Food was beyond amazing. Tried home made dips and sauces I never thought would be great but tasted amazing. We had the steak bites and fried green been with an amazing wasabi ginger sauce that was all flavor and minimal to no heat, just the way I like it. The lunch special hot honey chicken sandwich hit the spot, and was nothing watering good. I cmwould give 10 Starz if I could.

Service was really good for how busy it was. Servers and wait staff were attentive to needs. The knock is the food and the price point. Food was ok at best but for what some of the costs were, it was not worth it. The prime rib lacked seasoning on its crust, and no au jus was provided to help kick up that bland prime rib taste. The portion was huge but absolutely no flavor.
The wedge salad with balsamic on top along with blue cheese didn't do it for us either. The gravy on the chicken fried steak was not good, and the vegetables were plain.
It comes off like it wants to be high end but it misses the mark for us on even being a mid-week, let's go out option.

Passing by this restaurant for decades in Ramona we finally decided to give it a try! The service was a 10, very friendly and you could tell she lived her job. Hence she had been there for over 3 decades.... hehe. Did was really good. Stayed off with margaritas, great... then we did a flatbed pizza for an appetizer which was delicious. For the main we spilt a filet cooked medium well. It did come out medium rare and it was delicious. I will definitely go back when we are in Ramona.

Went home to visit. Had to stop to get my D'Carlos. Our server was great, prime rib and rice was cooked right and oh so delicious. Place as always was clean. Love this place.
Combo plate ! Honestly food was very salty and mc nd cheese super dry , chicken was salty too . Bbq sauce tasted weird . Service was quick though I say save your money honestly. Overpriced for salty food literally.

I visited during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised by how fast everything was served. I had the Thai chicken rice bowl — fresh veggies, tender chicken, and a spicy peanut sauce that tied it all together. Tasty, healthy, and super filling.

Immaculate vibes, A+ service, so informative and so kind. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and cozy. Our server was above and beyond, so personable and very thorough. 10/10 would go here again. Ordered the wedge Caesar salad, and a create your own pasta bowl. We shared it between two of us paired with a recommended by Carlos himself a bottle of red wine. Such a lovely date night. I can’t wait to go back to try out their different “night of the week” features. Thanks so much!!

My son's first job at 16. Today, 20 years later, the decades long former coworkers received us like royalty. D'CARLOS has been a staple forever. They're doing something right. The food was so good, half didn't make the pictures. It was a fabulous Mothers Day treat. Thank you! I was almost going to take off a star because they have Pepsi instead of Coke! That's my only complaint Lol!
