I always buying an ice matcha latte here in this place , and it’s horrible because even tho I requested a light ice they still not followed what I ask for .more ice less matcha :( or either light ice less matcha , it’s weird and cheap. 1-2-3 sip it’s gone lol 😝

Rude employee. I ordered the $6 meal. I thought the coffee was the midnight coffee. She brought the coffee and I asked if that was a midnight coffee. She grab the coffee with aggression, attitude especially in the morning is always not a good thing to treat your customers. I would have paid extra if need be. I left the change and the sandwich and left. Next time I want coffee, I'll just go to Starbucks.

Dine- in Register opened under651457 AshbaughSecond attempt at this order. First time in drive through I ordered a hot cocoa mocha latte . Cold And half the ingredients were missing. This time ordered inside still wrong. I live right behind Dunkin’, in 5 min my husband got home w my orders 2 of the cocoa mocha lattes hot and they are cold and literally just chocolate and milk. I called to speak with worker who then argued with me that she personally made them and told me that the whip cream melted! In 5 min. Not to mention that both were only half full. And literally chocolate and milk. No whip so no chocolate on top AND she charged us for expresso which was supposed to be part of the coffee not an additive.Poor customer service. At no time is it acceptable to argue with a customer who’s just trying to get their order done correctly. And then tell me that the topping just “poof, disappeared ” melted ! lolI’ve worked at Dunkin and am a daily coffee drinker. This tastes like she set it up with the milk and chocolate then got side tracked and forgot everything else.$12 for 2 half empty hot chocolates . It’s a sad day when you can’t even get a coffee order correct !

Nice addition to our little town. They've been here a while and I've come to count on them for donut holes when I want to bring a special treat to an event. They are delish and fairly priced. Staff are always friend. The drive-thru line can get a bit backed up, but moves quickly enough.
