I love some things.Donuts aren't very fresh. The breakfast sandwiches aren't great at all super dry. The drinks never taste good. Just everything is poorly made.

Girl at the drive thru window was very nice and friendly. She made me a delicious iced cinnamon vanilla coffee with cold cream on top.
Dine- in Register opened under651457 AshbaughSecond attempt at this order. First time in drive through I ordered a hot cocoa mocha latte . Cold And half the ingredients were missing. This time ordered inside still wrong. I live right behind Dunkin’, in 5 min my husband got home w my orders 2 of the cocoa mocha lattes hot and they are cold and literally just chocolate and milk. I called to speak with worker who then argued with me that she personally made them and told me that the whip cream melted! In 5 min. Not to mention that both were only half full. And literally chocolate and milk. No whip so no chocolate on top AND she charged us for expresso which was supposed to be part of the coffee not an additive.Poor customer service. At no time is it acceptable to argue with a customer who’s just trying to get their order done correctly. And then tell me that the topping just “poof, disappeared ” melted ! lolI’ve worked at Dunkin and am a daily coffee drinker. This tastes like she set it up with the milk and chocolate then got side tracked and forgot everything else.$12 for 2 half empty hot chocolates . It’s a sad day when you can’t even get a coffee order correct !

Nice addition to our little town. They've been here a while and I've come to count on them for donut holes when I want to bring a special treat to an event. They are delish and fairly priced. Staff are always friend. The drive-thru line can get a bit backed up, but moves quickly enough.

The times I have been in this Dunkin the employees will take your order and then they prepared your food and they never wash their hands. It never failed the order was wrong. They always seem to be under staffed and a the heavy set mgr is always yelling at the employees and not even helping them. Do better Dunkin their just frozen donuts.

So we ordered some coffee drinks that were suppose to be on sale, which I guess is different in price if it cold or hot. Won't go back just as paying full price because of the temperature of the coffee.

i moved to Ramona in April, and have been a regular since. i always bring my dog on coffee runs, and they have made him a regular too with their pup cups. they are so sweet and thoughtful, and love to see my Finn. every time i come through the drive thru, it has been a quick experience and they have not once messed up an order for me. they give great suggestions if you get tired of your every day order. every staff member has been extremely kind and smile or say hello to my boy. it’s a special experience to have a connection with your coffee shop. they don’t ask for tips, nor do they have a tip jar in the drive thru, but please insist! they are amazing here, and the mamas and young individuals who work here deserve it! thank you so much Dunkin Ramona for being the best coffee/ice cream shop. FINN LOVES YOU!!!!
