I stopped by and use the drive thru before heading to trailhead. I got two sandwiches. The crew was very nice and did my request for my order: no onions and tomatoes. The service was fast and great.

I ordered a double chicken sandwich combo after I got it I sat down unwrap my sandwich I noticed they gave me a single so I went up to the counter and showed it to the girl she was about to take it and then she said here you keep it, will make you the right one so I go back to my table and in like 7 minutes later she comes to my table and takes it from me and I watch her go and throw it in the trash now Jack in the box can do whatever they want with it it's theirs but I did have to wait double the time and did not get compensated for it and it was their mistake I wasn't looking for nothing free but they make a mistake and they would rather throw it away then just let the customer keep it .
This lady that worked here she pushed me ALL because I grabbed my cup since NOBODY WAS AT THE COUNTER?? Jack in a box get your workers right. She had an attitude. You'll be seeing me soon and I want an other cup

Every night I come here it takes about an hour to get through the Drive-Thru. I understand it gets busy but I have timed it taking 15 minutes to just move one car spot for every car in front of me. I don't have the time to sit around for an hour for FAST food, so if the line is not moving with 10+mins per car (like the night im writing this I will leave.) This has been happening for a while and I'd rather go to a fast food place that can serve me under 20 minutes at the most, otherwise why not go to a restaurant. Foods good if you can get, however thats depending on weather you can get it in a timely manner

Got a chocolate shake....they no longer offer spoons which sucks cause the shake is thick.
