I pulled into Jack's drive thru after grocery shopping to grab a quick burger. This was yesterday, January 19, 2023. I was greeted by a girl standing at the drive thru entrance. I couldn't see the menu. She asked what I wanted so I just said a Jumbo Jack. She tapped it into her machine and stated the total would be $6. I don't remember how much the change on that was. I pulled up to the window and the server verified my order, then told me it would be $16 and whatever the change was. I asked if it was really $16 for a Jumbo Jack and she replied that was correct. I told her to cancel the order and left. Once I got home I check their online ordering system and Jumbo Jacks are almost $6. Basically, with tax, it would have been $6 and change.This leaves me wondering what kind of scam they are running. I have contacted corporate headquarters and left a complaint. I wonder how many hard-working Ramona people are getting overcharged by these people. Never going there again.
Horrible service turning away customers because they have a large vehicle and when asked if the order can be taken in the lobby instead they tell us that they are closed when clearly they are open and this jack in the box is open 24 hrs we are blue collar men and drive bigger vehicles and you work in a town filled with men just alike i was turned away as well as several other due to having bigger vehicles

Yeah they renovated the building.But employees couldn't even put my EBT card manually no training and they have changed the menu and made portions less but still charging the same

The burger was dry and the patty was burnt. We got 4 breakfast jacks and all but one was edible.
Have been going here awhile now my grandson likes it. ( the milkshakes lol ) I've aways had a good experience with their food, but their counter and drive thru needs alot of improvement.Parking: A little hard seeing the driveway pulling in, they need better lighting. Lot is ok as long as there's no more than 10 cars tops.Kid-friendliness: Nice place for the kids. For the price of their kids meals though, ol jack could throw in a toy.
Eh, what can you say. It's Jack in the Box. Good for late night food. May or may not give you the screamin' mimi's. May the odds be ever in your favor.

The bathroom is sometimes dirty and one has no toilet paper once. Otherwise, great place to stop for breakfast.

Wow have times changed. The portions have dramatically decreased since the last rollout of changes. I know it’s been a while but it doesn’t taste or feel like the jack and the box food I grew up loving. The only item that seems the same are the tacos and curly fries. I guess that’s what I’ll order only because the ultimate bacon cheeseburger is as a huge let down as size compared to the sesame seed bun days.
