The online ordering system said 45 minutes to get my order, which is fine. When it's still not ready after those 45 minutes is not fine. That walk-in customers get their orders made ahead of the prepaid orders is not fine. That only two of seven employees in the store are preparing sandwiches is not fine. Subway may not taste quite as good, but a nonexistent prepaid sandwich has no flavor at all.

Ordered sandwiches ahead of time. Sandwiches were not ready when arriving. 3 walk-in customers received their sandwiches before before my oreder was complete, while I waited patiently. Zero sense of urgency.

I placed my order half an hour ago. The lady with the white earbuds in just got off the phone and started my hot sandwich 2 minutes ago. Not the store phone - her cell phone.The guy who took my order was nice, but nice doesn't get the job done. He's 100% the best one here, but that isn't saying much.**Edited to change the food to 2 stars; it's 4-5 when prepared properly, but since they only started the hot sandwich when I was upset that they hadn't started it when I ordered half an hour earlier, they rushed and didn't heat it all the way through. Meanwhile, since the cold sandwich sat there waiting, the bread is soggy.
