For the price I found Jersey Mike's no better than Subway and more expensive. The turkey and cheese was $12 and smaller than Subways. The tuna was very small. Chips and Bottled Sodas also pricey. The service was great and quick. We got ours to go so I really couldn't rate the atmosphere.

Amazing service! All the girls were so nice and understanding with my requests! I’m not sure what her name is but the girl on the cashier was super sweet! She also had a sick Medusa Tattoo on her forearm! The manager was also nice! I recommend this place if you’re in Ramona!

Angie and Halle are the best people that work here. I will literally only come into this establishment if they’re working. Jayden is also an honorable mention. If you don’t come into this location and have these amazing humans make your sandwich there’s something clinically wrong with you. 11/10 will spend all my lunch breaks here.

As a DoorDash driver I try to avoid this place at all costs. Orders are never ready for you to pick up. Meanwhile our orders have been pulled up in their system long before we get there. They don’t make order in the order received I have literally watched them make peoples order that come in long after I have been there waiting for my order to come. It’s very upsetting to us drivers and the customers that order from DoorDash wondering why it’s taking so long. Ultimately leading us to have a bad review which directly impacts my job.

Jersey Mike's is pretty good. That being said, I came into this location during the lunch rush and they were a well oiled machine. I thought I had some nit picky requests and they handled it like pros with ease.

I ordered at 5:44 PM so I could swing by around 6:00 PM to pick it up and go to work. I work at a hospital for 12 hours with no food options other than a vending machine full of chips. This was supposed to be my only food id be eating that night. Mind you I don’t eat in my sleep so I was without food from 8:30 AM when I went to bed. I was surprised to come in to the store around 6:00 and they didn’t even notice I ordered. They said it would be 4 minutes. I waited until 6:07, watching several in-person customers get their food made before mine was acknowledged. After 6:07, realizing that if I wait any longer I will be late to work, I had to tell them not to bother starting it because I had to leave. Now I’m going 12 hours without a meal because they made me wait so long that our cafeteria was closed by the time I got to work. We’ll see if I get my money and points back… definitely want the $3 tip back.

their general manager, taylor, was more busy flirting with her coworkers than serving the customers. the worker was visibly uncomfortable!! when i tried ordering she gave me nothing but a snarky attitude. taylor then refused to enter my order, the other worker had to come and served me.. all i wanted was a sandwich ://
Delivery was late and order was wrong and I opened the bag to a complete mess of a sandwich. It was so salty and soggy I couldn’t even eat it. Last time I went into the store to get a sandwich for my daughter the worker said she didn’t have white bread in the mini size so I had to ask her if it was ok to cut a regular size piece smaller into a mini size and she couldn’t even comprehend what I was saying so I just left. Won’t be wasting my money here any more

This store is a complete joke. Ordered 3 sandwiches and they completely left one out. When we called to address the issue, their supposed General Manager, Taylor, accused us of cursing on the phone, which we did not and then hung up on my wife. When I called back to ask to speak to the owner or her boss, she said I can call corporate. When I asked for the corporate number, she cursed at me and told me to go get that myself and then hung up on me as well. Terrible service and if she truly is a manager, she should be fired because she has no business being in charge of people setting an example like that.

The online ordering system said 45 minutes to get my order, which is fine. When it's still not ready after those 45 minutes is not fine. That walk-in customers get their orders made ahead of the prepaid orders is not fine. That only two of seven employees in the store are preparing sandwiches is not fine. Subway may not taste quite as good, but a nonexistent prepaid sandwich has no flavor at all.
