I went with delivery for my first time ordering so I can only speak to the food itself which is great imo.
Except for the fries served with the bulgolgi. No crisp to be found, unfortunately
They seem to be consistent with the quality of frozen fries cooked in a microwave. Not great but I knew what to expect based on the picture.
I still enjoyed it enough to reorder it and everything else I got though

I have been to a number of L&L locations and Ramona is definitely my favorite! The owner and staff are all so nice, welcoming and genuine. The food comes out hot and fresh tasting. The portions are huge. I never leave hungry, and often with leftovers. I recommend the Kalua Pork with Cabbage, Seafood Platter and Garlic Shrimp. They are now serving beer!

Good food but when I scheduled a pick up order, they didn't start making it until after I had arrived. I got there like three minutes before my scheduled time and as I walked in the place was empty with both employees in the back room on their phones. This was kinda surprising for me because the place is usually pretty busy with people having meals in the dining area. I must have gone on a quiet night.

I remember trying this location when it opened it was trash, Years later,(Today) I said hey, let’s check it out there’s 4.1 stars/reviews.even more trash, not disrespect to other people opinions this is just my experience. They make the Katsu chicken extra crispy so you don’t see dark meat, macaroni tasted aged.rice omg nooo I’m sure other platters here are good but I won’t be back to find out sorry. Step it up management
I ordered catering for around 100 people. The communication through the whole process was excellent. Brandon was fantastic. Everyone loved the food and the price per person was so reasonable. Delivery was perfectly on time and delivery fee was incredibly fair. Absolutely would recommend for any event!
