Not bad. Our online order was messed up but they figured it out. Just a bit of a wait. Pizza is as to be expected from this kind of restaurant.

I initially ordered for delivery since I am sick and not feeling well. Items were both missing & incorrect and food was not hot & fresh. Delivery driver never communicated anything with me and left my food outside when it was supposed to be handed to me. I ultimately ended up having to bring my food back myself to pick up a remake. My pizza was supposed to be the stuffed crust deep dish with pepperoni on all of it and pineapple on one side and sausage on the other half. I didn’t realize they made it wrong until I got home but am too sick to go back out again. The pizza was absolutely disgusting with just pineapple and sausage on the same side. The pineapple was supposed to be on the other side with pepperoni. Pepperoni was only on one half when it was supposed to be the whole pizza. I AM SO DISGUSTED AND UPSET…I lost my appetite!!! Product accuracy and quality is horrendous. Sooo disappointing. MAKE SURE YOUR ORDERS ARE CORRECT AND ACCURATE!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ever since the pinball machine stole one of my quarters I refuse to eat at this establishment. By mistake I entered a 1976 bicentennial quarter. If you know your coins like I do, you know this quarter is not worth exchanging for a bouncy ball. I would carry this coin around since I was a kid as a good luck token. I found this quarter while climbing in a well at Disney Land so it is very valuable to me, emotionally and with a physical value. I asked the gentlemen behind the counter to help me retrieve my lost coveted lucky quarter. The man told me there was nothing I can do about it since I stuck it in the machine. I am devastated by this loss and I will not return to this establishment.

It takes a long time, it should be a 15 minute wait, but I've had to wait up to 40 minutes, they lack staff, usually the workload starts at 5 pm, it's very busy, there are a lot of orders and that's why it takes a while. a lot.

I stopped by to get a pizza after lunch hour, and they gave me the lunch special anyway. I do appreciate that kind of customer service. The pizza was good and tasty. I would get it again.

Hopefully the store managers see this, whoever the lady is that closed tonight on 04/02/23 was extremely rude and incompetent. I ordered from them at 8:20 pm. My dasher was waiting over 20 mins. I called at 8:58 and the lady answered, saying "uh, we're not taking any more orders." And hung up on me without seeing why I called. Then refused to answer the phone as i tried to call back twice. She then told my dasher rhey "lost a pizza" it was a cheese pretzel pizza. And offered to replace it with a refular pepperoni. After asking if they could replace it with a cheese, they then said they're remaking it. This place and specifically that woman is so disorganized. And my dasher said one of the other workers told her that the same lady had actually given my pizza to someone else on accident. Thats how they "lost a pizza." Please fire this woman. She is driving this store into the ground and should not be allowed to work around customers.
UPDATE: Received the food, the item they lost was replaced by an incorrect item, they didn't give us our sauces, one pizza was raw and doughy. Please, if the owner reads this, fire the people on shift this night or get them to fix themselves.
