Our pizza, called Lei Diavola which translates loosely to She Devil, uses three of the hottest peppers known - Carolina Reaper, Trinidad Scorpion and 7 Pot Brain Strain - hidden beneath the mozzarella sauce of our pizza. It also requires a signed waiver to leave the building. Our shirts are printed here locally at Print Post, and available in limited quantities.

Pizza Kit
We provide you with a doughball, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, corn meal and a stack of pepperoni for you to make your own pizza. When you get it home, spread the corn meal across the surface; stretch your dough out, apply the sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni to the surface and then pop in the oven at 450 degrees for 15-25 minutes. Watch for the crust to become maple sugar brown mottled.

We are here visiting for a week and ordered some online. Our pizzas were piping hot when we picked them up. Our car smelled incredible on our trip back to our condo. The taste was as good as the smell!! Both pizzas were delicious and the crust was amazing!. I would highly recommend the Veggie pizza. We will definitely eat here again before we leave.

While we waited for our pizzas we got to walk around the historic Ramona town which was small and beautiful. The service was great and the pizzas were just as good.
