Always have to wait for fries. tonight we did and still got cold fries. Asked for no cheese on my burger. got home and had cheese. threw the whole meal out.
The store makeover was much needed and looks great, but the management needs to figure out that until they get some employees who understand what "fast food" means, they will never use a double drive-up to it's potential. These have to be some of the slowest, most uninspired employees in the business.
