Unfortunately I have almost never received hot food which is suspect. The two times I've been in the dining room it's filthy. That alone makes you wonder about the kitchen. I'd rather not drive to another town so it's sad that they can't get their stuff together especially since it took so long us to get the McDonald's back.

Every time there is something new like right now is the McDonald’s land shake they never have it always some BS 2 days in a row can’t get my hands on it not just with that specific shake with frappes or ice cream now that the employees got comfortable they don’t care about nothing.Was not like that when you guys first opened

I would say i go here pretty often, once a week. Customizations on your order mean absolutely nothing to them because they NEVER do them. And they ALWAYS forget something from my order 9/10. Today was the English muffin from my deluxe breakfast. I'm not driving back for one little thing because THEY forgot. Always check your order before you leave.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by McDonald’s today (Monday around 10 a.m.) and had a great experience. The food was fresh and actually really good for McDonald’s, but what stood out most was the wonderful woman working the counter. She was friendly, professional, and gave outstanding service. Just wanted to give her a shoutout—thank you for starting my day off right!

Asked for a refill and the manager ignored me, then send an employee to tell me they don’t do refill and charge me $2 for a refill . I will understand but there is no sign saying no refills . Bad management. 0 stars . Now I know why they have 3 stars .
Such a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the grilled vegetable panini and a lentil soup, and both tasted like real home-cooked meals. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and nothing feels rushed. I’ll definitely come here again when I need to slow down and eat something wholesome.

Wife and I went in on 6/25/25 and ordered a Mcgriddle, hash brown, coffee and pancakes.... Sandwich was cold, coffee had a funny taste, and best of all one of our pancakes had a bite piece piece missing (someone took a bite out of out pancake)
Horrible place. It seems teenagers who don't care run that place. Super bad management.

I ordered food using the app and order was canceled because I wasn’t there within minutes. So I reordered but the app said I didn’t so I reordered again. And got charged for both even though it said the first didn’t go through

It said it opened at 5 am, we arrived at 5:30. We sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes. When we drove past, there was a young man inside by a tea container. We have also ordered and had people mess up several times in a row. I understand that it is McDonald's and fast food. I worked fast food. I know mistakes happen. It seems like they just don't care. The food industry is going down hill fast.
