Parking: Pickup 'app order' assigned parking spaces, and also parking spaces for food delivery drivers to pick-up orders they will deliver to your house or location your order needs to be delivered at.
Kid-friendliness: There was a good amount of families with kids sitting inside to eat. There is no longer an outside dining area.

I know this may be Petty but I feel as if the service staff was rude when I called to make a suggestion that they need to retrain their staff on how to make the burgers I received a burger today that did not have all of the toppings and when I called to tell them but I didn't receive the toppings that I wasn't mad and I didn't want a refund or a new burger I just wanted them to be aware the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me I would not suggest to go to this McDonald's I know it's the only one in Ramona and if you like McDonald's you're probably going to go there but they need to get their stuff straight and be more professional

Eggs have been over cooked on their mcmuffins for the past 2 weeks. I keep paying for a sausage egg Mcmuffin, but ultimately just eating a sausage mcmuffin because I have to take the egg off. It is seriously like rubber. Other than that, everything else is great! Service is decent, coffee is good, pies are good. I wish they made the inside not so "self service" oriented.

The food is good but seems smaller The service is horrible long wait times for in dine and dine out orders. Help in back seems there is no urgent they all move slow as a turtle
This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever encountered. It hired a lot of staff. From what I observed, it seemed like each of them was very busy, but in reality they didn't know what they were doing. The food delivery was slow and... Frequently get wrong orders.

I waited 20 minutes for a curbside order . I decided to just go inside to get it , but when I went in none of the employees acknowledged me . One lady even walked away as I was saying “ excuse me ma’am ? “ I understand sometimes the wait can be longer when they are busy , but the inability to even look at me or answer me is inexcusable.

I bought some breakfast burritos for my grandsons. None of them finished their food because they said it “didn’t taste right, tastes funny,” another said “it is so dry,” and the other said “why don’t this taste like before?” AND, the breakfast for the 4 of us, totaled a whopping $42!!!!!!! FOR SIMPLE BREAKFAST BURRITOS!!!!! REALLY!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go to Mc Donald’s again!!!!! Worse ever!!!! And it was only 9:00am…… you’d think breakfast was almost end of breakfast and they’d been sitting for an hour.

A new place in Ramona, my opinion is that the service and customer service was excellent. Today again they made a mistake in my order even though I had the ticket on hand, they couldn't believe me, really? They didn't apologize and when I thanked them for giving me my correct order, they didn't respond, they only came to one conclusion: they opened the place without training or giving feedback to their employees, in addition to not supervising them. Ramona's McDonald's, from what I see, will continue to accumulate more bad reviews from its consumers, I think that is their goal, right?

I have yet to purchase French fries that are hot or even warm. Just got a meal, drove 3 minutes back to work and the fries are barely warm. So disappointing.
