I know this may be Petty but I feel as if the service staff was rude when I called to make a suggestion that they need to retrain their staff on how to make the burgers I received a burger today that did not have all of the toppings and when I called to tell them but I didn't receive the toppings that I wasn't mad and I didn't want a refund or a new burger I just wanted them to be aware the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and hung up on me I would...
Eggs have been over cooked on their mcmuffins for the past 2 weeks. I keep paying for a sausage egg Mcmuffin, but ultimately just eating a sausage mcmuffin because I have to take the egg off. It is seriously like rubber. Other than that, everything else is great! Service is decent, coffee is good, pies are good. I wish they made the inside not so "self service" oriented.
