Stopped through Ramona specifically to come get the cinnamon roll, and it sure was worth it! So huge, at about half there and the other half for breakfast the next morning (almost better the next day!). The price isn’t listed, but it was 10.99 pre tax. That’s all we ordered, and we sat for awhile killing time, and they were very nice the whole time, checking up on us and not rushing us.

The Ramona cafe hosted our large wedding party for two separate occasions. They were incredibly flexible and the service was amazing. Truly a special spot on a special town.
We truly loved our experience! The young ladies that serviced our large group were on it, they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience!!! They provided us with EXCELLENT Customer Service! Our servers were not only attentive and friendly but also provided fantastic recommendations. The food was outstanding, and cooked to order! There were no complaints everyone received what they ordered. Very budget friendly! Portions were very well served! We'll definitely be back!

We comes to Ramona Cafe everytime that we're in Ramona. I love their grilled liver and onions =) My husband always gets their 2/3 chopped steak with all the fixings. We been coming here for about the past 2 years and every 6 weeks or so and never once we were disappointed with their service or food for any reason so Thank you Ramona Cafe.

ordered breakfast - a sausage potato gravy skillet and ate it on the patio with some hot coffee. The food is pretty good ol country diner fare. Grandma's biscuits were better, but with her not around anymore, this is a pretty good 2nd option. Service was great, as I found my coffee cup always full. Felt like eating on the porch at home, except you get to see the motorbikes going by on their way to Julian.
