I placed an online order, when I arrived to pick it up (several minutes after the time it was said to ready) they said that they were working on my order. While i was standing there, I looked around and noticed many others upset that their orders weren't ready. I waited 25min for my food to finally come out past the original pick up time. That puts it nearly 45min past the time i ordered my food. Very poor service, would have cancelled my order if i could have.

The food was wonderful and the service was fantastic. I recently had surgery and am using crutches and the person at the counter saw me coming and came and met me at the door to welcome me in, then on my departure quickly opened the door for me again as I left with my to go order. Thank you to him, (I forget his name, sorry Daniel or David)

Not happy at all with Rubios. Will go back but will never tip again. (Unless Rubios reimburses us for $100+ in tips we've paid under scammy, low life subterfuge over the years.) TIP WAS CALCULATED WITH THE TAX.
When you click 20% tip the amount is calculated on the bill+tax total! Tip on the tax and 99% of patrons don't realize.

This is 20$ I payed extra for avocado got a single slice after I already have to drive back from them messing up my order. I already took off so many ingredients on my bowl and only got this :(

Gotta love Rubio's! I'm actually not a huge fan of the fish tacos, but everything else is pretty great! Love their bowls.

food is tasty, but way too pricey. I got the mexican corn bowl with NO protein, but was charged the same amount as if it had protein. I asked why and was told that they put more food in the bowl to make up for lack of protein.... $13.81 I could have gone to Chiptole and had the exact same thing, much larger portion for less than $10. I won't be back.

Wish You could go lower than 1 star….Save your time and money and go somewhere else… food is beyond nasty. Store was hot and dirty. Not a single clean table, trash on the floor, salsa bar a disaster.. poor girl upfront working alone, doesn’t know the menu… AND with the line out the door during peak lunch time. Where is the owner at home in the AC??? Also a handful of romaine salad lettuce and purple cabbage don’t go on a chicken street taco…
