The drive-thru experience is time-efficient, although parking can be a challenge due to the layout and long lines of cars. Unfortunately, the indoor seating has been reduced, making it less suitable for studying or working. Despite this, the bathrooms are kept clean and the staff continue to provide great service. The restaurant is encouraged to bring back the eggnog latte during Christmas. The Ramona and Poway locations are noted for their exceptional service and cleanliness.
