The girl who help me in the front was so rude and got mad at me when SHE forgot my drink and continuously tapped her finger nails on the counter and yelled at me because she had to make it.

Two days in a row… order wrong. $7 a drink you think they can do it right. Out of cup holders and soon to be out of oat milk. Overall poor management. Line cup and extra Carmel drizzle is stated on the cup today literally no Carmel and lots of ice

Second review! I wanna like this Starbucks so much because the staff are really friendly... BUT I'm severely lactose intolerant I've had it happen 3 times I request almond milk and they put cows milk. I feel so sick after. I wish they would take a moment and actually read the label. ??? I'm not okay..

I will never go to this location again. Aside from getting the incorrect order, they have the worst food handling practices I have ever witnessed. One of my drinks was the wrong size; it was a coffee Frappuccino (the most basic drink). I saw the barista take my drink, pour it into a blender, add milk, and more ice. She then poured it into a larger cup and handed it over to me. When I took a taste, it just tasted like milk and no coffee at all. I told her that it tasted bad and needed my drink redone. I witnessed her pour that same drink into the blender again (the same drink I had just tasted), added a couple of pumps of either base or frap roast, and handed it back over to me. She did not bother washing out the blender. I was disgusted by what I had just witnessed and told her I couldn’t drink it. She made it seem like I was begging for food and not a paying customer. Customers should be made to feel welcome and this location has consistently been lacking in customer service, product quality, and atmosphere. Whenever I want Starbucks now, I go to the Albertsons location or make sure I stop by a Poway location before heading over the hill.

Drive thru is to long/slow waited in line for 40min

I went in for a plain iced coffee. Not only was I invisible they were busy cleaning and not making my drink. I almost asked for a refund. To top it off $5 for a medium iced coffee mostly ice, never again. I'll still buy Starbucks for my K-cup coffee maker and save a ton of time & money.

Honestly, I've had more bad coffes than good ones from this location. It's more annoying than anything. If you have the time, I'd go the the albertsons right down the street. Never had a bad coffee there.
