So many employees! There were 5 people working at one person in the restaraunt. I saw one employee eating food, 3 talking, and walking around, and one to take my order. There were TONS of french fries on the floor- no one doing anything with them except this one employee who kicked them out of the way on the way to the cash register. The place was filthy. It seems like a franchise where the owners are way far off- and just hiring and staffing based on random recommendations. If this was my business, Id cut the staff. Keep the ones that are good at paying attention!! that wont just kick french fries in a pile and walk over them. The food is decent- if you order it double cooked. The wings still come kind of dry. So ask for extra sauce. The food is decent but I am not sure if I trust some random teeny bopper making my wings, kicking around fries to keep their hands clean and make my food in a clean, hygenic manner.

tried wing stop, soggy hardly cooked buffalo fries. said 5 minutes but took 25, take into account that there was around 8 employees just sitting around chatting. a few seemed to be managers getting paid to not manage. a trainee named lily was the only light at the end of tunnel for that place. she was great and the only one trying to help.

New spot that just opened⊠very glad we have another choice to eat out. Quiet busy at the moment but itâs understandable, usually busy at other locations too. I ordered online and my food was ready upon arriving. The staff are great and friendly! Keep it up and thank you for being another option.

Food is good enough, extremely slow. Whatâs the point of ordering ahead online if the food will never be ready when they estimate it? Busy or not busy itâs always the same, and greeting customers with a friendly hello isnât enough when the rest of the time theyâve got their heads buried on a screen or talking to each other. Location just opened so letâs hope this is temporary :)

Store has been open a week now and I am a DoorDasher. They literally take 20 mins when arriving to get my order . There was 2 people including me in the store so they were not busy. Itâs been consistently like this whether they are busy or not . Forget about it being busy. They donât treat us like an extension of their customers which all very upset at us for being so late. Making less than minimum wage an hour is very upsetting

Mmm..mmmâŠ. So good my family and I had the 30-piece Family Classic, and it was delicious! We sampled Mango Habanero, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and the Louisiana Rub and those fries! Yummy! We also added **The 5 pc Crispy Tenders with Hot Honey Dry Rub which has a perfect hint of spice and definitely top pick for us. All the flavors we tried were deliciously savory, spice, and cooked to perfection. This place is definitely a new favorite in Ramona. Go try it!
