The worst thing I can say about this bakery is that it is an hour from my house, but well worth the drive! I've been an 85C fan for years, I enjoyed them when I lived in Dallas, but now I have to drive an hour away to get my fix. Please open in the Coachella Valley somewhere so I can enjoy your delicious treats more often. A little sad they didn't have the potato croquettes on this visit, but all my other favorites where available including the coconut cream pastry and the egg tarts.

I didn't buy much from here but there was definitely less variety this time than others. I would still visit there is a bit of something for everyone.

If you’re anywhere near Rancho Cucamonga and you haven’t popped into 85°C Bakery Café, you’re seriously missing out on a life-changing carb experience ?. This place is where diets go to die—and they die happy! ?
Walking into 85°C Bakery Café is like stepping into a world where butter is a love language and sugar is the soundtrack. The aroma of freshly baked bread greets you at the door, and it’s game over from there. Do you start with the gooey, cheesy bread that whispers, “Yes, this is breakfast”? Or do you go straight for the sea salt coffee that perfectly balances the line between sweet and savory? ☕️ (Pro tip: Get both. You only live once!)
The pastries here are so sinfully good that they might as well come with a side of confession. Whether it’s a flaky croissant that shatters just right or a decadently soft chocolate bun, every bite is a little piece of heaven. Sure, you might need to log an extra mile or two on the treadmill after indulging, but let’s be real—worth it. ?
And let’s talk about the cakes ?. These aren’t just desserts; they’re celebrations in a box. Whether you’re picking one up for a special occasion or just because it’s Tuesday, you’re guaranteed to impress anyone with these beauties.
In a world of kale smoothies and quinoa bowls, 85°C Bakery Café is the rebel we all need. It’s where you embrace the joy of treating yourself, calories be darned. So, do yourself a favor—swing by, indulge, and follow me for more delicious recommendations. Your taste buds (and your cheat day) will thank you! ?
And try their delicious #Boba

Decent food but the service was awful. Waited 15minutes for an iced tea and I was asking for help very loudly and everyone's head was so stuck up there coworkers that all 5 of the workers ignored me. No enough seating at all and they don't keep up with the demand at all. Everytime I come in they are low on most things and always have alot of empty cases. I got the hazelnut muffin, ate 95% of it until I got to a random blob of filling just hanging out on the side like they didn't even bother to make it correctly. Kinda overpriced for alot of the breads, you can tell them just throw them together.
